Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you open a page, Vercel processes your IP address, the requested URL, time, browser and operating system identifiers, and the referring page in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating a stable and secure website. Vercel may process this data in the United States; transfers rest on the EU standard contractual clauses in Vercel's data processing agreement.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the time you joined. We use it for one purpose: to send you a single email when b1t launches. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) a GDPR, your consent, which you give by submitting the form and can withdraw at any time by writing to hello@b1t.app. We then delete your address.

The address is stored in Vercel Blob storage, readable only with the project's credentials. Storage region: [iad1, Washington D.C., USA; confirm, or move the store to an EU region]. It is not shared with anyone else and not used for profiling. We delete all waitlist data [within 30 days after launch; confirm the retention window], or earlier on request.

Analytics and performance measurement

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count page views and measure loading performance. Both run without cookies and without storing anything on your device. Vercel derives an anonymous, per-visit identifier from a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours; it cannot be linked back to you, and no data is shared with third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) f GDPR, our legitimate interest in knowing whether the page works and how fast it loads.

Cookies and local storage

b1t.app sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. The design guide at design.b1t.app stores your theme choice (light or dark) in your browser's local storage; that value never leaves your device.

Fonts

The fonts are served from our own domain. No request is made to Google or any other font provider.

Your rights

• Access to the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR)
• Rectification (Art. 16) and erasure (Art. 17)
• Restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20)
• Objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
• Withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting past processing (Art. 7 (3))
• A complaint to a supervisory authority, for example the one of your federal state
